BIOLAWEB at 37th Congress of the International Society of Limnology (5-9 May 2024)

 Dr Milos Ćirić participated at the 37th Congress of the International Society of Limnology (SIL) held from May 5-9 in Foz do Iguacu, Brazil. The theme for the 37th SIL Congress was “Building bridges between science and society to reduce the effects of fragmentation and degradation of inland waters”. 

Dr Ćirić presented the BIOLAWEB project and the first phytoplankton results from freshwater and saline lakes during an oral presentation "Application of eDNA metabarcoding to phytoplankton research in freshwater and saline lakes". 

 

SIL brought together researchers from all over the world and enabled valuable exchange of knowledge and research experiences. We are thrilled to have been a part of it!
