Dragana Zlatović and Katarina Milanović visited INRAE in their short-term study visit (November 2024)

Representatives of the International Cooperation and Project Office (ICPO), Dragana Zlatović and Katarina Milanović, participated in a study visit to INRAE in France from November 12 to 18 to strengthen competencies in EU project support and enhancing collaboration. This visit was carried out within the framework of the BIOLAWEB project as part of one of its main objectives – capacity building for research project support staff. 

The program began in Paris, where key topics like innovation transfer, project management methodologies, and funding schemes like MSCA were discussed. Thereafter, the participants attended gatherings in Grenoble and Lyon, where they explored the work of financial and technical departments in greater detail, visited laboratories, and held meetings with regional teams and managers. 

The visit concluded in Lyon, focusing on topics such as digital responsibility and security and integrating socio-ecological priorities into research projects. This visit significantly contributed to knowledge exchange and strengthened the collaboration between UB-ICTM and INRAE.
