ICPO internal webinar – the procedure of application and implementation of projects (11 October 2024)

 On 11th October, the International Cooperation and Project Office (ICPO) held an internal webinar that was attended by 52 participants. The webinar was initiated the Head of ICPO, who presented the employees with the Regulations on the Application Process and Procedures for Implementing Scientific Research Projects. Following this, Dragana Zlatović and the Head of the Procurement Department presented the rules and procedures for procuring goods and services. Finally, Katarina Milanović presented the basic financial management rules for scientific research projects. 

Understanding the regulations and procedures ensures more efficient and accurate project proposals, which increases the chance of securing funding and successful project implementation. Furthermore, the procurement and financial management insights will help optimize the administration of ongoing and future projects, ensuring compliance with institutional and donor requirements.
